Contractor Chosen for Technical Integration of Human Spaceflight Program in NASA Mission Support

NASA has awarded a contract to Barrios Technology, LLC, based in Houston, to deliver technical integration services supporting the agency’s human spaceflight programs.
The agreement, known as the Mission Technical Integration Contract, is structured as a cost-plus-award-fee and cost-plus-incentive-fee contract. It includes both core services and indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity components. The total estimated contract value is approximately $450 million. The performance period begins on October 1 and runs through September 30, 2027, with the possibility of four additional one-year extensions, potentially continuing services through 2031.
Under this contract, Barrios Technology will support various human spaceflight initiatives by providing a wide range of technical integration services. These will include program and business management, configuration and data management, IT services, systems engineering and integration, mission integration, safety and mission assurance, and operations support.
