The SM8845 is designed to deliver performance on par with the original Snapdragon 8 Elite, using an all-big-core CPU layout built with Qualcomm’s custom cores. However, it comes with modest improvements, such as being built on a more advanced manufacturing process and borrowing certain peripherals from the Elite 2 model.

These enhancements are aimed at improving energy efficiency and hardware compatibility without significantly raising power consumption.
